A private villa and the "Fair Field" apartment block — façade design, staircase and curtain-wall details, and schedules.

Two residential projects in Erode: a contemporary private villa with a louvred screen frontage, and “Fair Field”, a multi-storey apartment building. My contribution covered façade design, area calculation and the opening schedule, plus staircase details and curtain-wall details.

The work spanned expressive elevation studies through to the precise technical schedules that make a building buildable.
